By day, visit one of the stunning beaches along the coastline, ranging from the popular 18 kilometer sandy Patara beach (also very popular with turtles!) to the secluded, empty beaches in the other direction. Or, you could hire a boat, complete with skipper, from the local harbour. The boat will take you around beautiful islands where you can swim and snorkel in the turquoise sea. You can also enjoy fantastic on board dining. For those interested in history, there are a number of sites nearby which are well worth a visit. And for those who like a little more adventure…..jet skiing, water skiing, canyon rafting, jeep safari, parascending, diving, fishing and much more, can be arranged by one of the tour agents in the centre of Kalkan. The closest airport is Dalaman, which is served by a number of airlines. The transfer time from the air port to Kalkan is approximately 1hr 30 minutes - we can arrange transfers on your behalf. You will be collected in an air conditioned vehicle and taken directly to the apartment – the driver will have the key. Simple!
